SHIPPING:
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Please allow additional time (5-7 business days) for peak seasons.
If USA (Mainland) shipment is via UPS Ground a Tracking Number will be supplied to customer when order ships.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 72 hours from the date of receipt. It is required to send two (2) clear close-up pictures of any damaged merchandise within 72 hours to service@tchgiftsandthings.com. Returns of non-damaged goods are accepted with prior authorization and there is a restocking fee of 20%. Lamps are 25%. No returns are accepted after 15 days. We are NOT to be held liable for any damages NOT reported by the customer after 72 hours. Although we do offer 100% customer satisfaction, this always applies to the customer compliance with the fifteen days rule. Most items carry an additional manufacturer’s warranty that you will receive with the item. We do not refund the shipping and handling charge in the event of a refused item, or for returns. If the item is defective outside the normal product quality then we will gladly replace or refund the item at OUR Claims departments decision. Since all shipments are insured by our shipper, you need not pay for insurance. Replacements or refunds are the sole decision of our claims department.
Novelty Signs, License Plates, and Light Switch Covers: Contact us at service@tchgiftsandthings.com for shipping instructions. Please include your Order Number and Item Description. Any item may be returned within 20 days for an exchange or refund of purchase price (excluding shipping costs). RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED AT TCH GIFTS & THINGS WITHIN 20 DAYS WITH ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP INTACT AND IN RE-STOCK CONDITION. Returned items must be shipped in a box to assure protection against damage during transit. Do not ship items in an envelope.

OUT OF STOCK AND BACK ORDERED ITEMS:
Although a sufficient quantity of merchandise is readily available to ship, we cannot guarantee 100% that a situation won't ever arise where an item may be out of stock. For out of stock single item orders, you will be notified. You will have the choice of refund, credit, or wait for the item to come back into inventory. For multiple item orders, in-stock items will be shipped. Check your shipment for missing items that may be back-ordered. If a situation should arise and you have an order for a product that is currently out of stock, we will work with you diligently to accommodate your needs and resolve the situation in a satisfactory manner.
